Read the poem’ TAKE GREAT CARE’ in your primary English pupils’ book pages 127-128.
Try to find out the meanings of the following words as used in the passage.

LANGUAGE CONTENT.
- (a) use of almost + adjective.
Examples:

(b) use of:
Make/see/feel/hear/watch
Examples:
- The nurse made me take the bitter medicine.
- I felt the doctor touch my forehead.
- The doctor made her get the injection.

- The teacher watched him get the injection.
(c) present perfect tense.
Examples:
-I have always brushed my teeth after meals.
-The lesson has begun.
-Kinyua has gone to the market.
-My mother has prepared supper.
-pupils have gone out for break.
-Many people in U.S.A have died of COVID 19.
NOTE:
Present perfect tense is formed from the verb: has/have + past participle.
