Watch carefully the following video on a week's meal planning.
TASK 1
- Now ask you parent/guardian to allow you to plan a meal for dinner for the whole family. Take a book and make a list of all the items needed.
- Remember your meal should include Vitamins, Proteins, and Carbohydrates.
- Make sure your list contains food which is available and not costly.
- Your food should be enough for all family members.
- Then give your parent/guarding the list to help you get the items needed.
- Prepare the food together with your parent/guardian.
- Help in serving.
- Let the members of the family give their comments.
- Write the comments down in a book and bring to school when it opens.
